Story
Raj (Adi Saikumar) is a carefree young man who is not very serious in life. His brother Ajay (Ajay) is carrying the entire burden of his family. Raj loves music and it happens when he sees Shashi (Surabhi) and falls in love with her. But the twist in the story comes when Shashi gets in trouble and Raj also joins them. The film tells the story of how Raj and Shashi face these problems and get out.

Adi Sai Kumar has done very well in his role. With this film, he has improved his acting a lot. His acting had a good scope for his acting and Adi did well in his persona which was very diverse. The heroine Surabhi was exceptional and she proved that she is not only a beautiful face but she can also act well.
Another heroine, Rasing Singh also did well in her role. She was very good in all the stressful scenes of the film. Comedians Harsh and Venela Kishor do well in their roles. Rajiv Kanakala and his character are also good to see on screen. Emotions work to some extent in the main scenes.
Minus points
The story of the film is well thought out but the story is pulled in the second half. There are so many types it's hard to say. The film had a good opportunity for drama but the director put more emphasis on entertainment.
The paradox is also not so good and is not highlighted at all. This makes things monotonous for the audience because the emotions have no effect. The slow motion on it bores the audience. The character arc of the lead pair is not so strong and can be written in a more effective way.
Technical matters
The music of the film is very hit and the songs filmed were also good. BGM is decent and so is the dialogue. Along with the messy camerawork, the production value of this film is also good. Speaking of director Srinivas, his story idea is good but his narration is not so effective. Many of the scenes in the latter half look overwhelming.
Decision
Overall Shashi is a romantic drama with a good story. But the story is vague and the point of conflict is not so strong. This makes the scene look dull and compelling. There’s not much to show in this film except for the massive performance from the main duo and it will end up being a very strict viewing this weekend.
